Level 2 Awards in Food Safety have been designed to address the food safety needs of the catering, manufacturing and retail sectors where food is prepared, cooked and handled.
The course being run is the accredited Level 2 Award in Food Safety in Catering and you will receive a certificate valid for three years.
Course Aims and Objectives
The training gives participants an understanding of the effects of poor hygiene and provides them with the knowledge of how to implement good hygiene working practices.

This course is being held as two half day sessions. To receive accreditation, you need to attend both sessions.
This 1 day course provides basic life saving and first aid techniques. It is designed for someone taking on the role of an Emergency First Aider at work for low risk environments, or those with few employees. However, this course also gives a great introduction to first aid, and is therefore both suitable for both professional and personal users.
On successful completion of this course, delegates will be awarded a certificate in HSE Emergency First Aid at Work, which is valid for 3 years.
